Position Highlights
- Sign-on Bonus : $10,000 sign-on bonus eligible position for qualified candidates!
- Shift Schedules: Full time (36 hours, 3x12-hour shifts)
- Days, 7:00am - 7:00pm, with weekend rotation
- Nights 7:00pm- 7:00am, with weekend rotation
- Location: Baptist Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC
- Department: Bone Marrow Transplant (7th Floor Cancer Center)

How You'll Impact Patient Care
Besides participating in our Nurse Residency Program, you can expect to have the following job responsibilities:
Take care of patients and their families using the nursing process, covering everything from assessments to planning, treatments, education, and evaluations, all following the hospital's policies.
Keep things safe and comfortable by respecting patient privacy, using technology smartly, and acting professionally.
Be a great communicator, sharing info with the whole care team throughout the patient's journey.

What You'll Need
*REQUIRED- At least 1 year RN experience
Graduation from accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina Board of Nursing
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines
